Maddy Kacmarcik is a well-being consultant, business analyst, and graduate student in neuroscience who combines academic rigor with a decade of personal growth experience to drive meaningful change in the workplace. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in the Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health at King's College London, Maddy is passionate about using research-backed strategies to enhance employee well-being and organizational performance—particularly in high-demand industrial settings. At Kacmarcik Enterprises, she plays a key role in developing and analyzing wellness initiatives, helping to transform manufacturing environments into spaces that prioritize emotional resilience, psychological safety, and holistic health.
Maddy’s journey into the intersection of neuroscience, business, and wellness began with her work at the Kacmarcik Center for Human Performance, where she launched and expanded employee wellness programs focused on mind-body-spirit balance. Her approach is informed by leading research from institutions such as Harvard’s Human Flourishing Program and Gallup, and she actively applies data analysis tools like Tableau to measure real-world impact. Beyond her professional roles, Maddy has also contributed to mental health advocacy through creative projects like MindfullyMads and Mindfully Loud, reflecting her ongoing commitment to building more self-aware, resilient, and connected communities both in and outside the workplace.
