Lourdes Hernández, MPA

Lourdes Hernández, MPA, is a legal and notarial professional with extensive experience in administrative law and public service. Originally from El Salvador, she practiced as an attorney and notary for over a decade, providing legal counsel in both the public and private sectors. Her work emphasized regulatory compliance, administrative processes, and institutional integrity, including litigation and advisory services for corporations and government entities.

Now based in California, Lourdes is a commissioned Notary Public for the State of California, offering professional notarization services with integrity, precision, and dedication. She is also pursuing an Associate of Arts in Paralegal Studies at Los Angeles Mission College, with the goal of bridging her international legal expertise into the U.S. legal system.

Beyond her legal practice, Lourdes serves as a Recreation Leader with the City of Santa Clarita, where she supports youth and community programs. This role reflects her strong commitment to leadership, mentorship, and community engagement, allowing her to apply her organizational and conflict resolution skills in service of children and families.

She holds a Master’s in Public Administration and continues to advance her education in both legal and community-focused disciplines.
